There are many bus routes which pass close to South Grange Medical Centre.

The bus numbers are: 22, 64, 64A, 71, 71A, 271, 455, 456, 492, 746, 747, 748, 794 and 795.

These buses operate on all of the main roads throughout the practice area and a “hail and ride” operation applies to some of the smaller estate roads.
